1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the \u201cStageReturn\u201d SaaS service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

StageReturn is a SaaS solution for equipment, return, and project management designed for businesses (B2B).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

2. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acceptance is confirmed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The creation of an account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Validation through a checkbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Timestamp recorded by the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    3. Access to the Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Access requires:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The creation of a user account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Verification of a valid email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • An active subscription (or trial period where applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity associated with their account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. License of Use (EULA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Publisher grants the User a license that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Non-exclusive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Non-transferable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Non-assignable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Limited to the duration of the active subscription<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        This license authorizes access to and use of the StageReturn service within the internal professional framework of the client company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        This license does not grant any ownership rights over the software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        It is strictly prohibited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Copy, reproduce, or adapt all or part of the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Perform any reverse engineering, decompilation, or code extraction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Resell or sublicense access to the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Use the platform for competitive purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          5. Service Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          StageReturn notably allows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Multi-warehouse management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Equipment and serial number management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Project and history tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Adding photos and documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • PDF report generation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Role and permission management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            The service is accessible via a mobile application and\/or web interface depending on supported environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n\n\n\n

            6. Roles and Company Governance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Each company configures its own roles and permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Creator or Administrator remains responsible for the actions carried out by members of their organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n\n\n\n

            Subscriptions and Payments via Stores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            StageReturn offers monthly auto-renewable subscriptions through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Apple App Store<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Google Play Store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Payment is charged through the user\u2019s Store account upon purchase confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The subscription:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              • Is monthly and auto-renewable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Can only be managed or canceled through the user\u2019s Store account settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Applicable pricing conditions are those displayed on the distribution platform at the time of subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Any refund request is exclusively subject to the policies of the relevant Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n\n\n\n

                8. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                The User may cancel their subscription at any time through their Store account settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Deleting an account may result in the permanent loss of associated data, except where otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n\n\n\n

                9. Prohibited Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                It is strictly prohibited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Decompile or bypass the code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Publish illegal content<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Circumvent security mechanisms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Disrupt the operation of the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n\n\n\n

                  10. Data and Hosting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Data is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructures, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  • Firebase (Google Cloud)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    The client company remains responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    • The compliance of entered data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Compliance with applicable regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Its exports (PDF, CSV)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      The Publisher acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR for hosted data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n\n\n\n

                      11. Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      The service is provided \u201cas is\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      The Publisher strives to ensure continuous availability without guaranteeing the total absence of interruptions (maintenance, technical incidents, updates).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n\n\n\n

                      12. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      StageReturn, its code, design, logo, and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Content uploaded by users remains their property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n\n\n\n

                      13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      StageReturn is a B2B service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data loss, commercial harm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      The Publisher\u2019s total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the company during the previous 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n\n\n\n

                      14. Modification of the Terms of Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      These Terms of Use may be modified at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Users will be informed via in-app notification or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      15. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      These Terms of Use are governed by French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
