Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the subscription to StageReturn offers and the applicable financial terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Offers and plans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">StageReturn offers several subscription plans which may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return Starter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return Plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return Pro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enterprise Offers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each plan defines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A maximum number of users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A maximum number of warehouses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associated features<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details of the current offers are displayed on the website\u2019s Pricing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Free trial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 14-day free trial period may be offered (once per company).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of this period, the subscription becomes paid unless canceled before the trial expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pricing and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subscriptions are available exclusively through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apple App Store<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Play Store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apple and Google act as the <strong>merchant of record<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They issue receipts\/invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They collect local taxes\/VAT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They manage payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Publisher does not directly invoice subscriptions purchased through these platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Automatic renewal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly depending on the selected offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renewal is automatic unless cancellation is made through the payment platform before the renewal date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Their Apple account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their Google account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No prorated refund will be issued unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Suspension for non-payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of payment failure or subscription expiration, access to the service may be suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be deleted after a reasonable period in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Effects of cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon cancellation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to the service is disabled at the end of the current billing period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company data is retained for a reasonable period to allow possible service reactivation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a new subscription, access to the data is restored.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After an extended period of inactivity, data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with legal obligations and applicable retention policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Modification of offers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices, quotas, or features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes will apply upon the next renewal after prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rennes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Version en vigueur : F\u00e9vrier 2026 1.
