Connect StageReturn to your business software to check your equipment status,
synchronize repairs, serialized equipment, non-serialized equipment
and selected inventory changes.
The StageReturn API allows external software or custom integrations to
retrieve information related to equipment and repairs.
It is designed for companies that want to connect StageReturn to their ERP,
internal tools, or asset management system.
API keys are generated from the StageReturn administration panel.
They allow your company to be identified whenever an external application sends requests to the API.
To access this section, open the administration panel and then the
API. Depending on your permissions, you can create view,
and manage your company's API keys.
An API key must be protected like a password. It must never be published on a website, shared publicly,
or sent to an unauthorized person.
ERP integrations allow StageReturn to communicate with the business software already used by your company. The goal is to keep StageReturn as your incident reporting, traceability, and repair management platform while synchronizing selected information with your ERP system.
Available features may vary depending on the connected ERP. An integration can manage
serialized equipment, non-serialized equipment, ERP immobilizations,
and inventory changes.
Depending on the capabilities of the connected ERP, StageReturn can synchronize several types of information.
A repair created in StageReturn can trigger an action or update the equipment availability in the ERP.
Equipment identified by a serial number can be located in the ERP and marked as unavailable when ERP immobilization is enabled.
Quantity-managed equipment can be linked to an ERP item to synchronize inventory changes.
A reported missing quantity can be deducted from the ERP inventory and automatically restored when the equipment is reported as returned.
ERP immobilization is independent from the repair status. A repair can exist in StageReturn without necessarily making the equipment unavailable in an external ERP.
This separation provides greater flexibility: some repairs require the equipment to be blocked, while others are only used to document an incident or maintain a repair history.
ERP connections can be assigned to one or more StageReturn warehouses. This organization makes it possible to separate locations, branches, inventory, and ERP accounts within the same company.
StageReturn is designed to progressively support multiple ERP connectors.
Each connector provides its own features and dedicated documentation.
The Rentman integration synchronizes repairs, ERP immobilization for serialized equipment, and inventory changes for linked non-serialized equipment.
Additional ERP integrations will be added over time.
To synchronize equipment correctly, StageReturn must be able to identify the corresponding item in the ERP. This match can be based on a serial number for serialized equipment or on a configured mapping for non-serialized equipment.
If no matching item is found, the incident or repair remains recorded in StageReturn. Only the related ERP synchronization cannot be completed.
dans StageReturn. Seule la synchronisation ERP concernée ne peut pas être effectuée.
Integrations can display synchronization statuses, errors, the latest test results, and the date of the last synchronization. This information allows administrators to verify that the connection is working correctly.
The API and ERP integrations connect StageReturn to your business tools while maintaining clear, independent, and fully traceable tracking of incidents, repairs, and equipment movements.
