Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the subscription to StageReturn offers and the applicable financial terms.

2. Offers and plans

StageReturn offers several subscription plans which may include:

• Return Starter
• Return Plus
• Return Pro
• Enterprise Offers

Each plan defines:

• A maximum number of users
• A maximum number of warehouses
• Associated features

Details of the current offers are displayed on the website’s Pricing page.

3. Free trial

A 14-day free trial period may be offered (once per company).

At the end of this period, the subscription becomes paid unless canceled before the trial expires.

4. Pricing and payment

Subscriptions are available exclusively through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Apple and Google act as the merchant of record :

• They issue receipts/invoices
• They collect local taxes/VAT
• They manage payments

The Publisher does not directly invoice subscriptions purchased through these platforms.

5. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly depending on the selected offer.

Renewal is automatic unless cancellation is made through the payment platform before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time via:

• Their Apple account
• Their Google account

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refund will be issued unless required by law.

7. Suspension for non-payment

In the event of payment failure or subscription expiration, access to the service may be suspended.

Data may be deleted after a reasonable period in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Effects of cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Access to the service is disabled at the end of the current billing period.
• Company data is retained for a reasonable period to allow possible service reactivation.
• In the event of a new subscription, access to the data is restored.
• After an extended period of inactivity, data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with legal obligations and applicable retention policies.

9. Modification of offers

The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices, quotas, or features.

Changes will apply upon the next renewal after prior notice.

10. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rennes.
